Market the Seminar

1. Determine the fee attendees will be charged to attend the seminar.

2. Consider the number of hours of AGD/CE credit to offer.

3. Who is your target market for the seminar? Create the invitation list. Dr. Samaras addresses the team concept of dentistry and encourages dentists to bring their team members to the seminars.

4. Mail marketing materials to invitees approximately six weeks before the event.

5. Require guests to register for the event. Have one contact name and phone number for guests to call.

9. Distribute AGD/CE information or certificates at the end of the event to encourage guests to remain for the entire seminar.
